Ralph Meranto

Ralph Meranto was raised cooking. He spent his summers on his grandparents' farm and started baking with his grandmother as a child. He helped pick fresh eggs from the hen's coup with his grandfather, churned fresh butter, planted the garden and picked fresh fruit off the trees. His love for baking continued with his mother's help and his father taught him about making sauces. Ralph worked his way through college working in a full scratch bakery and has been working in the restaurant industry since he was sixteen. Ralph has created an environment that reminds him of his grandparents' home on the farm. The menu is based on many family favorites throughout the years. "Enjoy his passion for food."
